Dean Morgan to Luton (Ok, that was right)
Sidwell to Sunderland
Sidwell to Liverpool (£1.75mil)
Stack from Arsenal (That one was right as well)
Harper to Norwich
and the best one..........
Sidwell to QPR

Todays rumours.
READING are set to complete the triple signing of Notts Forest winger KRIS COMMONS for £950,000 rising to £1.5 depending on international games and Premiership survival, WAYNE ROUTLEDGE from Spurs on a season long loan with a view to a £1.4m deal and Manchester United striker Guiseppi Rossi on a season long loan.
Reading have also knocked back a £1.5m bid from Charlton Athetic for midfielder STEVEN SIDWELL as Reading close in on Charlton's MATT HOLLAND for £500,000.
Man City, B'Ham, Reading and Wolves are in the running to sign striker Izale McLeod for a fee of around £1,000,000
This bloke is living in a dream world - Stoke City news
They will also sign Reading midfielder Glenn Little as part of the deal with John Halls.
to the guy who sed Reading wil sign ray palour. absolute rubbish. coppell's too smart to waste money like that. a mate knows GK coack sal bibbo and these are readings real targets. 1or2 of kilgallon £2m, shittu £2m, mensah £2m, upson £3m.
1 of elliott £1m or koumas £2m, with francis£2.5, if sidwell goes(£2m buyout clause if charlton are serious). 1 right winger, coppell likes the look of greg halford £2m. then 1 of lupoli (loan), eddie johnson£3m, c cole £2m or nugent £4m.
likely ins:
mensah 2
elliott 1
lupoli L
halford 2
any1 who actually thinks sidwell will leave foir charlton or anyone else is crazy. coppell has long been an admirer of him, and has always maintained that he is an essential part of the first team. he will sign a new contract next wednesday worth 20k/wk. this will have a buyout clause of £6.5m. sidwell knows hes guarenteed a place at reading and wont leave. hell help to establish the side in the prem - I believe this bit
Apparently these are going to be our 'BIG" signings - reading - forsell - heskey - gera - clichy

Make of this what you will but I hear that David James will be on his way to Reading this summer as a makeweight in a deal which will take Steve Sidwell to Manchester City. Sidwell will cost City £2.25m, with James making up the deal.

Reading are going to go after some experienced players to try to keep them up, expect moves for:
Hargreaves (wants move to premeirship, 2-3million)
Whitehead (would jump at chance to return to prem)
Malbranque (expect a cheaky bid, no chance)
Angel (proven goalscorer)
Holland (part of deal taking Sidwell to Charlton)
Sorry to bring this thread back from the dead, but not worthy of a new one.
Expect none of those names to come remoteley near to joining Reading.

Nice one on the rumours site yesterday.
Apparently we are going to sign Italian striker Filippo Inzhagi. He has held talks with JM recently and he wants to see his career out in Berkshire because he has relatives here

We may as well sack Nick Hammond then if players are going to discuss deals with the top man and not the director of football. Maybe with that wage saved, we could afford Steve Sidwell's new contract!

READING have agreed a club record fee for Derby County winger/striker TOMMY SMITH. A deal is close and the player will hook up with his new team mates in early July for preseason.
TOM HUDDLESTONE is also set to complete a 3 year deal to join the Royals. I am told though that
'wages could be a problem'
Is Big Ern responsible for this gigantic fibberooney?

Also judging by Howe's recent comments, Davenport too would be a posssibilty. The rest of it is bollocks.

Reading FC.
I think a lot of the rumours concerning the royals are highly unlikely as Hargreaves will NEVER sign for them and I cant really see them spending over £1m on players so anyone over £3-4m is a no no.
Possible signings : Mensah, Davenport, Postiga (unlikely), Inzaghi (again unlikely although his Mrs is from Berkshire and he wants to end his career in EPL + depends on AC Milan) but the one I hope for is Upson as he played for us before and loves the club + facilities. Possible Loans I have heard on the grape vine are SWP, Walcott (Lives in berkshire I know as I know his Dad) or Vela.
Bas Savage & Andy Hughes will not be re-signed for a club who got rid of them because they were not good enough for championship let alone Premiership!
Sidwell to stay one more season.
I am going on hearsay so I doubt this is 100%
Who submits this to football rumours? Must be someone on here?
