14 Jan 2020 08:51Dont Frost and Nevers play the same position?Royals and Racers wrote:Bearwood is very much work in progress but when finished i`m confident that the Royals will have a training/Academy centre which will rival those of the top Premier league teams.
The U23`s were good value for their point against the league`s top team. The downside was the 3 West Ham goals which all came from corners and all were scored from inside the 6 yard box. It was good to see Watson and Osho back, looking fit and playing well. Thierry Nevers was kicked from pillar to post all afternoon but looked useful. I do like Tyler Frost, who scored a cracking free- kick goal from just outside the box and can`t quite understand why he doesn`t start more for the U 23`s.

14 Jan 2020 10:26Nevers plays left wing . Frost normally is around centre midfield.NewCorkSeth wrote:Dont Frost and Nevers play the same position?Royals and Racers wrote:Bearwood is very much work in progress but when finished i`m confident that the Royals will have a training/Academy centre which will rival those of the top Premier league teams.

14 Jan 2020 10:29Nolan played well. He has come back from injury i think and was subbed 2nd half. He appears to be growing in size and seems to have baulked up a bit. Definitely a decent prospect.Hound wrote:has Frost been injured? He always seems to contribute, but not seen much of him recently. Good to see Nolan playing as well - how did he get on?

14 Jan 2020 10:36Cheers. My bad. Thought he was a left winger too.Royals and Racers wrote:Nevers plays left wing . 14 Jan 2020 10:48Maybe you were thinking of Josh Barrett who played on the left.NewCorkSeth wrote:Cheers. My bad. Thought he was a left winger too.Royals and Racers wrote:Nevers plays left wing . 14 Jan 2020 10:57Nah was def thinking of Frost. It was probably just a random Football Manager game mistakenly had him as a left winger and I absorbed that.Royals and Racers wrote:Maybe you were thinking of Josh Barrett who played on the left.NewCorkSeth wrote:Cheers. 14 Jan 2020 17:32Frost strikes me as one of those direct attacking midfielders that can probably get away with an attacking midfield role left, right or centre.NewCorkSeth wrote:Cheers. My bad. 15 Jan 2020 14:11Yeah, pretty sure he's been used as a wingback before so can see why Seth thought he was a winger. He's one of the U23 players i'm never sure where he's being used.Snowflake Royal wrote:Frost strikes me as one of those direct attacking midfielders that can probably get away with an attacking midfield role left, right or centre.NewCorkSeth wrote:Cheers.
