a. Portuguese,
b. Won a Portuguese league title with the same club as Moanrinho, and
c. he used to dish out the DVD's to Chelsea players of teams to watch whilst under Moanrinho for a couple of seasons.

He also has a stated aim of copying how Barcelona play....which would mean a total revamp of playing staff at Chelsea at a cost of what? £500M+? Plus the fact that, as Chelsea goes through such a transition, teams like Liverpool and Man City will only get stronger.

You've forgotten AVBs team won the Europa League and the league cup - his side went unbeaten through an enitre league campaign. He rescued Acadamia from relegation also. And I can't really comment on Liverpool and Man City getting stronger. Only time will tell with that one.
