Ipswich and Birmingham are both underperforming this season tbf.

A point away from home is fine so long as you win your home games. We now have a week on the training pitch getting the new guys more into the way of things and then a ****** hard game against Barnsley on Saturday.

Expecting the team line up for that to be similar to today with McShane still missing. Hopefully, after the aforementioned week, the team performance will be more on the ball and Reading will offer more in attack than, certainly, the very poor first half showing today.

I Did. It's the new way

Struggling to find any positives apart from the point gained and rival results.

Sounds a poor performance - maybe one too many games in a short space of time for a couple of the lads. I'm surprised Stam didn't use the subs earlier - however considering this and the other results (Fulham and Derby losing) happy enough with a point.

Hopefully the relative break of no midweek game will give the chance to get back on form for Saturday

Lawrence looked very good on the sky highlights

Fredericks getting a straight red may be a bit of an issue for Fulham also

I'm surprised he only used 2 subs.
