It’s pessimism on my part. We were being told Miazga had his medical and would be announced this morning. Nowt. One by one the loanees are drifting away. When you think what we spunked away two years ago it’s very frustrating.
Ejaria for 3 million is a very good deal.

Apparently asking price £3m. Peanuts for a player of that quality. I believe Oliveira would have been same ball park. And we spunked £7m on Aluko and who knows what on players like Mannone and Edwards. Gourlay should never be allowed near a football club again.

3m is a good price for him but we simply don’t have that money for a player in that, or any position. Not when we can tap up Chelsea or Arsenal for another loan I expect

That’s what we offered for Ejaria but Liverpool seem to want to sell him rather than agree another loan which is fair enough.
