Trouble in Y25/Chelsea fans?

About 10 minutes into the first half, I was taking a few photos and a tango came and grabbed me by the neck - He basically told me to leave the ground, so I legged it down the stairs*, hid in a toilet cubicle for about 10 minutes, took my retro (and easily identifiable) yellow shirt off, stuffed it down my trousers with my camera, and walked down the East Stand concourse with what must have looked like a huge erection.

I then went and found a spare seat in Y19 and sat there for the rest of game.

*Thanks to all of those in Y25 who passed me my batteries when I dropped my camera, and to the gentleman who sat next to me in Y19 and put up with me all game.

This club is doing my head in with its "off the field" behaviour.

It was probably a plastic, first game thought she would take it incase she got bored..

Whilst I am not condoning the stewards' heavy-handed behaviour, it always amuses me when people complain that action has been taken against them for doing something that his prohibited.

RFC should have a word with its stewards and explain that banned items should be confiscated, not the person removed, and I don't think WR could have complained if he had had his camera taken away.

That said, footage clearly shows around 20 or so Chelsea fans being calmly shepherded back into the stand having invaded the pitch at the end, and this is the wrong message to send out to opposition fans and the FA.

no def wasnt....sounded like a cockney. probably a chelsea mug. there was a line of them scaleing the steps and waded into 6 or 7 rows

I can't remember to be honest, I didn't spend too much time identifying them, as I wanted to get away from them sharpish.

Aside from the stupid behaviour of stewards and Chelsea fans alike, I should add that at half time I spotted a well-known hobnobber gesticulating a very rude gesture to the Chelsea fans.

For someone who hates singing, he surprised me that he could act in this way!
