We all know that top v bottom experience well, being Reading fans, and suddenly seeing Mr Charity putting in an appearance. Liverpool are also possibly the one elite side more than capable of falling into that trap.South Coast Royal wrote:Lashing down at the moment which may have an effect on Liverpool's game at Southampton.
It is all set up for Liverpool to go well clear at the top but these top v bottom games sometimes don't turn out to be the stroll that is expected especially with Liverpool's South Americans having had a very busy couple of weeks of long distance travelling .
Awful game. Liverpool can’t get going as Southampton have got everyone back nearly all the time and no team seems able to make anything of a well parked bus.Winston Biscuit wrote:Looked outside the box to me

Liverpool were poor but got way with it thanks to one world class player and Slade’s insistence on keeping to his comedyball idea.South Coast Royal wrote:I thought it was just me being biased but it did look outside the box.Winston Biscuit wrote:Looked outside the box to me
What I didn't get was the discussion saying that the decision was a matter of fact (outside or in)but would also rest with the ref's on field decision.
Am very pleased that in the end it didn't affect the result and the Super Reds go marching on-just Real Madrid and Man City to come in the week ahead.
Ipswich are fairly cr@p though so Utd should win easily.BRO_BOT wrote:1 up already...Southampton have cost us the title this afternoon
