Abysmal game, watford have got to be the most boring side we have played this season. I defended them in the week, but they have a habbit of bringing people down to their level. Woeful match.

Anyone who watched the Sheff Utd vs Watford game could have predicted this - that game was abysmal as well. Looked more like League 2 than Prem.

Thank god we were able to get home by 5.15pm. Next time (hopefully never) we have to play at Vicarage Road, I'm going to save 45 quid by buying a cheap can of paint and applauding as I watch it dry.

Why oh why did we allow ourselves to get dragged down to the level of a team who should be cited for crimes against football?!

On the couple of occasions we got the ball down on the ground (they might as well turn the middle section of their pitch over to more allotments) and played quick, short passing football, we looked more than capable of tearing them apart. Instead we too found ourselves resorting to hoofball.

Another thing. Poor old Bikey did his best but never in a million years will he make a right back. He is clearly a combatative central midfielder type and doesn't have the first idea about standing his opponent up. Instead, he repeatedly dived in and but for Watford's inability to even buy a goal, we would have paid the price. In the end Sonko ended up trying to play centre and right back rolled into one - challenging even for Superman.

Thank god that, barring a miracle on their part or a disaster on ours, the only way we'll end up at Vicarage Road next year is in a cup competition.

At least we got two smiles and acknowledgements out of Kamara. The first with 'Are you asleep yet Kamara?' The second with 'What did you do wrong to get sent here?'

Hope all this pisstaking of Watford never comes back to haunt us. It was embarrassing at Newcastle and that did come back to haunt us (ps mind you our support up there was excellent apart from that).

I didn't say it was a poor result but anyone who could see anything good in that game should be banished to watching the very lowest levels of football.

What's more, short of an incredible transformation of playing squad and style, there is absolutely no chance whatsoever of the p*ss taking of Watford coming back and haunting us!

I'm sorry, but it's now time to stop sympathising with dear little Watford. They are the equal worst team in the Prem, but also out-wimbleon Wimbledon. Two home games on the trot that have been described as the worst Premiership games ever seen. I've lost sympathy for them. Get relegated, please.

According to Mick Gooding, that's exactly what they do. They set out to stop other teams playing, rather than looking to turn their own talents into a win. There will not be many teams winning at Vicarage Road this season and that includes Watford!

Leeds are hardly setting the Championship alight now and I don't think we would go straight down to League One unless we brought no-one in at all which won't happy...Aidy has said he will get players in if any want to club ofcourse!

We do seem to keep clean sheets at home fairly well at home but not score so maybe your bloke has a point!

Maybe a new bread of fan who know little about football apart from the big names and expect you to win every game now your in an excellent 6th position in the top flight?

Happens everywhere though I think...some wanted our man out after his 1st game last season!

Ok we don't play pretty football at all but you have to credit AB for getting us up somehow..sadly a few Watford fans don't have that respect it seems.

BTW Was very impressed with Sonko but thought we delt fairly well with your strikers apart from a couple of moments in the 1st half.

We will go down due to a lack of strikers but good luck in the future.

Rather you do well than most teams in this country if I am honest.

Thank god, even in our darker days, we rarely played the way that Watford do. You do have to try to adapt/refine your style as you work your way up.

Second observation is very valid though (believe it or not I heard the same thing happening last season!!).

I think he is a very good man-manager as last season proved but not totally sure on the tactics although like you with Coppell I should not really criticise the manager too much can I?
