Way more important than where he was born (he isn’t from Reading ,he’s one of the large number we have pinched fromunder the noses of Oxfordover the years )

I reckon O’shea’s CV Looks a little more impressive than Pearce’s !
It is good too see quite a few old boys on the coaching staff but first of all they need to be good coaches. (Noel Hunt seems to have something about him)

Sorry, yes you're correct, not sure where I picked 15 from. I think it might be 15 points from 12 games, which is where I am getting confused.

We've conceded 4 goals in a game 3 times and 3 goals once. Still too many goals to be letting in over the course of a season with Ince in charge, although I don't doubt a summer bringing in his own players and further work on things with the team would see an improvement.
