I think the wording is something along the lines of "Sky will endeavour to give six weeks' notice of matches moved for TV, but reserve the right to reduce this notice period for matches towards the end of the season."
So it's deliberately tenuous and puts the TV companies ahead of the supporters who actually attend matches - but that should be no surprise to anyone by now!
