Blackett can look good to the opposition because he's constantly taking fancy touches and looks quite skillfull for a defender. It's harder to notice his consistently poor attention span or decision making, or realise he's been running into trouble every game for 2 months.

I know I'm a bit late (I always am) but enjoyed reading a few of your threads for the Reading-BFC match. I thought it was an appalling game, a team not good enough (us) versus a team who'd come for a draw (youse), though my mates preferred to look at the game as an improvement on our performances lately (THAT'S how bad we've been).

I also went to the Reading away game. I must admit, I had as little opinion of both teams then as well, despite 3-0 sounding like an overwhelming victory.

A Reading fan said it was the pitch and strong winds today. My view was they was out classed out musseled and out played, but then again I'm a Boro fan.you can't even make it up

I just wish we'd bloody won today with such a good opportunity. I didn't once think we'd lose that today and forgot we were laying a championship side. Felt like we were playing a side below us in the league that we should have beaten but didn't create enough clear chances.
