This is why they need to let non season ticket holders attend.

This could be a great opportunity to introduce non football fans to the joys of being a Reading Fan, by holding a Reading FC event in amongst normal people who don’t normally go to football.

As it is it’ll be a ghetto of blokes all standing around working out that they don’t actually have much in common, and without a game to watch/about to start/having just finished, they’ll actually have to make conversation about other topics.

The time gap between first arriving sober, and everyone being smashed singing football songs is going to be excruciating.

I’m actually intrigued as to how many will turn up. How many of our season tickets are actually the right age for this type of event? I’d say many are either too old to want to attend a piss up in the turtle, or too young to actually get served.
