Oooh! The first top I ever owned - it was the only one left in the club shop (shack) at the time. Fond memories of being regaled with chants of "WTF is that" by some bunch of away fans outside the New Inn c.1995.
How much are shirts (not just Reading but anyone’s shirt) generally these days? Has any club/country reached what would be the utterly disgusting £100 mark yet?traff wrote: ↑04 Jul 2026 07:59 I'd be intrigued to see how many shirts the club have sold since the end of the season. Keeping last season's kits at full price can't have done much to encourage sales. I think it's a pretty safe assumption they've cut a very skewed deal with Fanzone and are now sitting on a mountain of unsold stock. A safe assumption from that, in my view, is that the new kit will be astronomically priced in an attempt to recoup those losses.
