Haydon Roberts and Randell Williams have both picked up a knock and will be assessed before the squad fly out to Spain.

Picking up knocks in a pre season kick about. Not a good sign for the coming season.

Good start.....Richardson said after the game that players staying fit was a priority; apparently 80% of the squad missed at least half the season last term.

Just eyeballing appearance stats, that don't hold up.

Half the games would be 23-26 games depending on what you count.

Players with =< 25 appearances - Marriott (25), Williams (D), O'Mahoney, Nyambe, Jacob, Williams (R), Roberts, Keane, Camara, Elliott, Garcia, Ahmed, Stickland, Stevens, Ward, Patton, Young, Ryan, Rushesha, Okine-Peters, Spencer, Rinomhota, and then a long tail of kids in the EFL trophy.

While that might look like a lot, you've got two players sent back early, another sold, several youngsters, and a good number brought in at January (so only had about half the games to play in).

That said, our January signings really did feel fragile - several spells out etc.
