that 5th Champions League spot will be looking in the balance if tonights results don't go the way of the English clubs

(I would be happy with us not having it btw)

That PSG ball boy is a little shit isn't he. Tries to delay the game, gets shoved in the arm, dives to the ground holding his face trying to get the player sent off. Even has the physio over to treat him. Can't think where he's picked up that pcuntish behaviour from.

Bayern were the only team who had a bye and the advantage* of having their second leg at home to win. After what happened to Liverpool last year maybe bossing the group stages isn't the most important thing?

Cracking game to watch between PSG and Chelsea.
A lesson in finishing by the French team especially as Chelsea had a lot of half chances for an away team.

This is interesting*. Feel like I should have known this was a thing, but I don't think I did.

Viewers noticed that Jeremy Doku 'glitched' in the feed of City's match in Madrid last night, whilst by the corner flag. Turns out the reason is related to the digital overlay of advertising boards dependent on the region in which the match is being shown.

How useless our (so-called) ‘elite’ league teams are shaping up in the past 48 hours.

Reap what you sow suckers

Nice to see VAR in Europe is just as kak as it is in the PL - how was Liverpool’s second disallowed goal a foul on the keeper when it’s plainly obvious it’s the keeper that does the fouling (if any).

That was a crazy decision. However to Euro VAR's credit one of Liverpool's goals (maybe Salahs) looked like it would have been given offside my EPL VAR after 5 minutes of staring at it, UCL VAR took 20 seconds to approve it

Crikey, how fortunate are Liverpool to be only 2 down?

So many chances missed by PSG and 2 penalties not given. How that last minute shove by Konate wasn’t given is crazy!

The standard of football being played in this Atleti-Barca game is ludicrously high

Well I suppose Liverpool huffed and puffed quite well, and the PSG ‘keeper had a fine game but they never really looked like doing enough.

And that would have been a very soft penalty, correctly overturned imo. That said, I was a bit surprised it was!

Agree on the pen but that was just another game tossed away by loSt.

Why would you not start 2 players obviously brimming with confidence after goalscoring exploits against Fulham in favour of some w4nky new system you’ve just dreamed up that the players have never played before?

Funny that Liverpool looked their “best” when said “dropped” players came on.
