The only thing I can say with any confidence is that they can't be drawn against Astana - both sides are on the Seeded side of the 2nd qualifying round draw. There's two other Kazakh teams in there however.

Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, New Caledonia, Tahiti, Réunion, Saint Martin, and Saint Pierre and Miquelon.

Tahiti is further away, I think, but Nouvelle Calodonie has these lads.

I am in Lisbon for the opening week of the UCL group stage fixtures for work (ironically conference I attending is at Benfica's stadium) so hoping they can reach the group stage which will mean them or Sporting Lisbon will be at home when I am in town and the plan is to attend.
