In the brief time he was on the pitch he did look good. Added a bit of height to the team. He did struggle a bit with the pace of the game but not a bad shout at CDM.

Split on this. Seen enough to know he looks the part but also his playing record over 2 seasons is pretty poor (presuming injury again this season?) so would probably edge towards a “no”.

Is Alex Fernandez available? Last I heard he was in Spain’s second division so presumably wouldn’t be a great cost...

If we weren't in need of massively cutting the wage bill I'd be totally on board with this.

I just feel we can't really afford to take long shots on players coming good right now. What we need is a small number of pretty reliable players who are ready to get going soon.

If we get Ezatolahi, we can't rely on him to play, so he'd have to be in addition to the midfielders we need to rely on, which means a larger squad and wages than absolutely necessary.
