it was pay on the gate and, for some reason, Wycombe were surprised when 3000+ Reading fans turned up for a local derby. We ended up being walked around the edge of the pitch to spare seats in their newly opened main stand. Basically, the whole evening was crap. Yeah, for as close as Wycombe is, it's quite mildly annoying to get to, especially by public transport.

It was a horrible night... Floods through the trading estate walking out after..

That was a great night... Flew back from a meeting in Scotland and took a last minute decision to go. Sat in the upper tier of their stand in a suit surrounded by what I thought was all Wycombe fans... Then when the first goal went in, about 90% of the fans in the section jumped up and started cheering... Great scenes!!
