A club for the fans can be maintained by joining at Step 5 of non league and emulating Aldershot Town and AFC Wimbledon.
Won't help cashflowThe Championship clash between Portsmouth and Hull at Fratton Park has been postponed.
I believe West Ham have beaten them twice. I am surprised no one has done the amended league.riverroyal wrote:If Pompey get wound up in a couple of weeks time it could boost our promotion chances. They beat us earlier this season whereas I would imagine quite a few of the promotion sides have won against them.
If they go bust their record will be taken off and we would be in a better position . . . .

A little bit. Assuming I've got it right:
1)Saints / 26 / +20 / 49
2)W'Ham/ 25 / +17 / 47
3)Cardiff/ 25 / +14 / 45
4)M'boro / 25 / +3 / 44
5)B'ham / 26 / +16 / 43
6)B'pool / 26 / + 9 / 42
7)R'ding / 26 / + 8 / 42
8]Hull / 25 / + 2 / 42
9)Burnley/ 26 / + 7 / 40
10)Leeds / 26 / +4 / 39
11)Brighton / 26 / +0 / 38
12)Derby / 26 / - 4 / 38
13)Leics / 25 / + 6 / 36
Not much shifting around but a fair bit of bunching!

The list of creditors include " A Male" of Portsmouth. And The Premier Leage - GONE AWAY
There is a full list of transfer fees, and outstanding amounts on there as well if anyone really has nothing better to do.

The numbers start on P33
On the Assets there is computer/electronic equipment which has a book value of £19m. If the club is sold as a going concern this will remarkably be worth £30m. If the company is forced into liquidation, this asset is worthless. Good luck trying to find someone who thinks that makes any sense.
*incorrect usage, obviously.

. That is the players value. Worthless apparently if the club is liquidated.
You will be shocked to know that between 26/2/10 and 14/4/10 Pompey paid £308.50 in Ransom Payments
