Sevilla have never lost a Europa League final, winning all six. In fact they have never reached the quarter-finals and not gone on to win the competition. Beat Roma and it would be their fifth Europa League title in seven entries to the competition.

Mourinho has managed in five European finals and has won every single one. Winning with Roma would come 20 years after he won the same competition, then the UEFA Cup, with Porto. Also a chance to set a unique first (albeit in part as a competition is new), winning the Conference and Europa Leagues in successive seasons.

Something has to give.

Yup, I too thought it a bit of an OTT reaction from Reading fans. The season has finished (for us), and he's gone to support a club/team/players he still clearly has an affinity for. He was just having a bounce and a chant, it's not like he was shown doing lines in the toilets.

Agreed, no problem with Andy at all, sure plenty of other Reading players will have done that sort of thing down the years!
