13 May 2017 18:10We've been taking excessively long at every single throw in since the game started. Then Swift took an age at the corner. It was inevitable. And now we will struggle to do it in the last 20 if we need it.stl_royal wrote:I really didn't see how he was time wasting.John Madejski's Wallet wrote:Being booked in the first half for time wasting is the embarrassing tactic of a bottom of the table club

13 May 2017 18:14They've taken ages a couple of times. We did it dozens. We got done for persistent timewasting. It just happened to be about the first time Swift had done it and he got unlucky as the ref's patience snapped. The ref had clearly had words with McShane to cut it out earlier.Kitsondinho wrote:So what about the Fulham throw in just before HT?! That took ages too.....

There can be no arguments or complaints. We deserved it and got our medicine.

13 May 2017 18:16I noticed that Fulham have "time wasted" on two or three occasions as well so not unique to Reading.Kitsondinho wrote:So what about the Fulham throw in just before HT?! That took ages too.....

13 May 2017 18:18Fulham are not looking to take a 0-0 back to Reading's ground… It's not that difficult to be honest.RoyalBlue wrote:So Fulham can take as long as they like to restart play but Swift gets booked for time wasting! Stuart Prattwell.

13 May 2017 18:20I lasted approx 30 secs with the BeIN sports commentary so now I have them on mute and tim and mick on the radio so all I know is that Blackett and Grabban are rubbish.6ft Kerplunk wrote:Are you sure. 13 May 2017 18:26But they could be looking to tactically slow the game down at times.Baker's Dozen wrote:Fulham are not looking to take a 0-0 back to Reading's ground… It's not that difficult to be honest.RoyalBlue wrote:So Fulham can take as long as they like to restart play but Swift gets booked for time wasting!
