Even on his worst day De Bruyne is miles ahead of Alvarez.

And St. Eddie Howe's Newcastle won't play in Europe at all.Winston Biscuit wrote:That result drops Chelsea from Europa League to Europa Conference League
Would really like him to bugger off, tired of him.genome wrote:Pep really is a mardy pcunt
Albeit helped by Pep’s odd selection, Man Utd WERE excellent today.South Coast Royal wrote:And St. Eddie Howe's Newcastle won't play in Europe at all.Winston Biscuit wrote:That result drops Chelsea from Europa League to Europa Conference League
Interestingly the two flops from this season ,Newcastle United and Man Utd have come nowhere near getting a place in the Champs League next season.
As for the cup final-what a yawn.
It takes two teams to make a good watch for us neutrals and it was only City wanting to play but Man Utd succeeded with a game plan befitting of a 2nd division side out on their big day-how Best and Charlton would be turning in their graves watching that stuff, so removed from the great entertainers.
Mainoo did well but as ever Shearer going way over the top-in commentary he couldn't stop praising every single Man Utd player.
As for City's England trio of Stones, Walker and Foden they hardly gave performances that raise our hopes for the Euros even if Walker managed to cover his poor positional sense with his great pace for his age.
For once poor selection/tactics from Pep.
It was obvious that Man Utd would put everybody behind the ball and hope for an error or a break so the way round a packed midfield and defence is to attack out wide as shown by Doku in the second half.
It's good for the game that City don't just beat everybody but a shame that it had to be Man Utd today.
