22 Apr 2017 17:06Not last time against Forest - Gunts actually scored his one and only league goal for us in the home tie (and celebrated, to boot), and McCleary scored the other one.Ian Royal wrote:Tight result in the end. Still very fragile away from home particularly without our first choice defence. I may be making this up, but I recall Gunter and McCleary often failing to deliver against Forest (obvs McCleary not involved this time).
Work required, but we've been like this all season and still sit comfortably in the POs. It's just another sign we've got to be on our game and focused for every match. Lets face it, if we were good enough to pick up more results away from home we'd be promoted already. This is just the nature of the POs. Look at Leeds, and the others who've had their fair share of the same sort of results.
If we lose to Burton and Wigan as well, we'll deserve to miss out on the POs, but might still make it. I still think we'll pick up at least another three points, almost certainly more, and that'll do it for us.

22 Apr 2017 22:25Played right wing back which isn't his natural position. He works hard but isn't a defensive minded player. Played well in the same role at Villa ParkGordons Cumming wrote:First time I have seen Popa today and he looks nothing like the YouTube clips i'd seen of him. Can't defend and has no pace. Whoever scouted him needs a word. Be surprised if we see much more of him.
