Good point but if the EFL won the case first time around the penalty would have applied this season.

Penalty still to be determined - a lot of Derby fans yesterday seemed convinced it would just be a fine as the breach is apparently accepted business practice but not used in football. Derby apparently just failed to inform the EFL of this change.

It would cause huge issues if Derby did receive a points deduction but would love to see it happen and result in Wycombe staying up
