I think it depends on whether you mean when they were playing for us or throughout their careers and their ability as a whole.

Playing for us I would say:

Sidwell > Gylf > Olise

In terms of career and overall ability:

Olise > Gylf > Sidwell

I have memories of Gylfi acting like a teenager on the pitch then getting aggrieved and suddenly taking a game by the scruff of the neck and winning it single handed.

Olise could be so great - but COVID meant didn't see as much of him IRL as would have liked.

Sidwell was part of a well oiled machine that didn't necessarily make the most of central midfield.

Given where Olise currently is and likely will spend his career, it has to be either:

For us:
Sidwell > Sigurdsson > Olise

Or career wise:

Olise > Sidwell > Sigurdsson

Sidwell was a key part of many seasons of success or partial success for us. He went on to play (occasionally) for Chelsea, then consistently in the PL for ok teams.

Sigurdsson had one outstanding season for us, then did well at ok teams, but his career fell apart at the end.

Olise was good for us, but not outstanding to the extent that Sidwell and Sig were. But his career is clearly going higher and further than either of them.

Sidwell was a completely different type of player to Olise and Gylfi. I was always surprised a mid-lower premier league team didn't come in for him before we got promoted.

Sidwell is a completely different player.

Olise with us was a fraction of the player Gylfi was. Played 50% more matches but scored 50% fewer goals. Never looked quite as good as John Swift, who obviously was a worse version of Gylfi.

My thoughts entirely.

Having said that, Bryn's Cruyff turn and cross at Anfield is one of the best memories of nearly 50 years of 'Ding memories.
