Mourinho tribute T-Shirts?

I am sure someone, somewhere will know how to design and source a T-Shirt.

I want a picture of Jose on the front and Stephen Hunt 10 on the back. The front design will include a phrase well known to Chelsea fans as the origin of the word "berk"...it will say "Mourinho is a Berkshire Hunt".

Any takers?
