I work in a job were I CANNOT take a day off work for the cup game in liverpool. I can get the train up (as it is unlikely I will be out of work early enough for any star coach heading north) but any trains heading south do not get me back in time for work the next morning. Are STAR organising coaches and if so can i buy a ticket and only use it on the return leg.

We will be open for bookings Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5th, 6th & 7th January 7.30-9pm.

We have to book our coaches by Friday so cannot guarantee seats on Saturday.We normally open Tuesday evenings only ( when there is a demand) but have decided to open three evenings this week to enable as many people as possible the opportunity to book.

So we may have seats on Saturday we just can't guarantee it.

Because of the severe weather warning for this evening we are watching what happens regarding any snowfall. It is our intention to do all that is possible to open STAR HQ this evening but if there is a repeat of what happened two weeks ago we may be forced to change our plans.

Due to severe weather conditions STAR HQ will not be open tonight, we will open Wednesday 6th Jan & Thursday 7th Jan 7.30-9pm weather permitting

Unfortunately we will not be open Wednesday evening as weather conditions have not improved . We will make a decision tomorrow morning regarding Thursday evening.

Due to insufficient improvement in weather conditions STAR HQ will not open tonight (Thursday 7th January)


Therefore we will open between 11am-2.45pm on Saturday 9th January to take bookings for Liverpool. ( Newcastle game)

Should the game not go ahead we will open between the hours of 11.30am to 5pm (Saturday 9th January) to take bookings.

I can't get my car out of the side road I'm to get to you to buy a ticket. Is there any chance that you could advise if there are some spare seats left over after today that could be picked up during the week?

Alternatively if the game is called off will there be an opportunity to to book tickets then?

Would it be possible to purchase a STAR membership and tickets for the Liverpool coach tomorrow night if I came to the HQ?

Yes, we can do that no problem, we will open at 7.30 until 9pm, as long as the weather does not get any worse we will be there. I suggest you get there sooner rather than later.
