Despite what people think of him, he is a good manager and will do well for them.

Dunno. Completely underwhelmed by this appointment in all honesty. The Cambridge job will be similar to the Torquay one next year, big rebuild required on a small budget. Failed at that last time, have no hope for anything else again.
