I've managed to get BBC Berks audio synced up to iFollow. I've got an FM radio with audio out that is playing the BBC Berks commentary, which goes into my computer's line-in jack, which I then play through my PC using VLC which has an audio delay function (a 2.5sec delay seems to work well) to sync it up to the video.
