Pure speculation, but been at Chelsea for 6 years so obviously lives close to London, highest level played in English leagues is Peterborough. Even if Joel signs will need a reserve. Doubt high wages.

He’s currently on zero wages though….

I suspect we’re in with a real chance as apparantly he made his youth debut for Chelsea against us. Pretty sold connection there….
