If he's on that sort of money, he'd earn more from staying 1 year at Forest and then seeing who wants him next summer. Even with a 3 or 4 year contract, surely we'd be offering < £10k p/w?From Despair To Where? wrote:He's on more than £12k a week. I've seen a number of different figures quoted and they're all between £20k and £30k a week, but he is at a Premier League team.
He's spent the last 3 seasons on loan at the arse end of the Championship so I'd suggest that's approaching his ceiling so £12k is probably a more realistic level of what he could possibly command.

In which case, it will be tomorrow, unless it isn't.
If that happens, Weds will likely be done but if it's not Thursday looks good but there may be a shortage of taxi's and no-one really wants to give him a lift to the training ground. They may pick him up on the way to Lincoln on Friday but only if he can get to the services in time.

He'd have defended a damnsight better against Pompey than Burns and O'Connor too. Before breaking again on 63 minutes

I'd had surgery the week before so would have been on the treatment table. Which wouldhave made me only marginallymore out of positionHound wrote:I reckon me and you would have defended better than those two did against PortsmouthSnowflake Royal wrote:Tom is about as unlikely as it gets as a new RWer.Sutekh wrote:
