What's that, 30 Category One Academies now? Leicester's relegation means there's two of us in League 1.
Yeah, unless anyone has dropped down.

Think it means only Bournemouth is a current Premier League side without Category One academy. Coventry currently don't, nor do Millwall; Wrexham; or Hull of the sides (who could get promoted this season).

It appears Jonathan Hogg is playing for Huddersfield as one of their overage players. Didn't realise he was still there.

He played in that game at Wembley...

Without checking, guessing he’s double the age of some of the players

Pen to Huddersfield 19 mins
0-1 20 mins
H-T 0-1
Other HT’s
Brentford 2 Derby 0
Forest 1 Charlton 1
Sheff Utd 1 Norwich 0
Stoke 1 Peterborough 1
Swansea 2 Newcastle 0
F-T Reading 0 Huddersfield 1
Other results
Brentford 2 Derby 0
Notts Forest 3 Charlton 2
Sheff Utd 1 Norwich 3
Stoke 1 Peterborough 3
Swansea 2 Newcastle 0
Therefore that means through to the QF’s are just 3 PL 2 sides and 5 PDL teams- which shows that the PDL teams are no mugs !

Disappointing performance on a not so great dry pitch( Reading should have played the game at the SCL) they are ripping up the pitch next week so easily could have played it on a decent pitch !!
Standout again for me was Philip Duah- if i was LR i would play him on Saturday.

Just got to hope the general lethargy of the place hasn't filtered down to the kids.

Not seen much of him but you’ve praised him quite a bit through the season. Would be nice to see him get a chance

What defensive position does he play?

So what does that defeat mean for the U21's?
Are they relegated? Didn't quite get the format.

Just means the season's over.

Development teams play in a big league table based on their academy category, with the play-offs we were in simply being an extension to the season and a reflection that the bottom end Category One sides are roughly on par with the top Category Two sides (at least at U21 level).

Centre-back. Certainly one of the few who've consistently stood out for me when I've been able to get to games.
