34 but looks after himself so might have a couple of seasons left in him, he’d be a cut above at our level and always gave total effort. He’s been doing his coaching badges at Watford (my son was in their academy and TI would often take sessions as evidence for his qualification) so may be tempted if we can offer him a stepping stone into coaching?

Potentially, but wasn’t convinced by his attitude when he was here. Possibly he was just frustrated about things given our situation?

Would also want to avoid signing any older players now (tbh), unless we’re effectively signing them as player-coaches in a similar scenario as you suggest.

Tom Ince can do one. Got a shocking attitude and for someone who is older is not a leader.
