Jacob and Burns seem most-likely candidates but outside nod on D. Williams and maybe even H. Roberts.

It says a lot that we are discussing our chairman’s comments rather than new signings.

Other than Nombe and I had heard Collins but he is exploring his options I believe an offer was made but he is waiting to see if a champ club come in may still happen, that’s all I have had through my guy but other than that deadly quiet. Brogue you got anything at all?

We are still in May and players would've gone off on their holidays. I wouldn't expect to hear about much transfer business until mid-June at the earliest tbh. Paudie O'Connor was our first signing last season and that was announced on 17 June.

If you really want someone in the know, ust follow the guy from the Chronicle. He has the inside track about players who used to play for us. Not only that players who have peviously played under Richardson.

I really do hope we utilise the free transfer market well this year. There is a lot of great players free this year I have made a quick team up of those free in league 1/likely to come down from champ that would likely compete next year.
GK- Bradley Collins
LB Cohen Bramall
RB Brad Potts
CB Charlie Goode
CB Jonathan Panzo
CM - George Johnston
CM - Archie Collins
LAM Placheta
CAM Myles Peart Harris or Callum Wright
RAM Jacob Brown
CF Daryl Dyke ( I know I am dreaming with this one but I don’t think there will be many offers)

I think this would be a competitive realistic free agent team (minus Dyke who I think will go back to America rather than drop down) Billy Sharp anyone? Atleast he can’t score against us then.

I would certainly hope we utilise the free transfers well, especially considering that Couhig has said before he likes to utllise free transfers.

We used free transfers quite a bit last season/summer. Excluding a handful of youngsters, we only paid fees on three out of nine players (Lane, Marriott, Patton).

But he could/would score a few own goals.

Two weeks ago, along with "season ticket shaming"
