Champions League, Europa League & Vauxhall Conference League 26/27

Draw being made in less than 3 weeks for qualifying for these competitions for next season. Qualifying matches begin a week into July.

Europa league looking strong. Teams already in are AC Milan, Juventus, Leverkusen, Marseille, Real Sociedad, AZ and Rennes, along with Bournemouth, Sunderland & Palace. Others that have to play qualifiers to get in are Benfica, Rangers, Besiktas & Trabzonspor.

Yes. I believe the issue re shareholders was resolved just not by the deadline imposed.

Wasn't the issue that Lyon had the same shareholders and sides with the same shareholders can't play in the same competition? Even if that's still the case, Lyon are in the Champions League anyway next season.

Prem teams are gonna run a train on the Conference League. Won 3 out of 5 so far. Palace spent 150M this season, Rayo spent 7.5M

Also, Forest aren't in it this year so Marinakis can't just ask his mate at UEFA to bump them to the Conference League

Great to see national champions having to go through pre qualifying while so many also ran failures, like Liverpool, get pushed straight into the group stages. Surely something very wrong with the design of the competition there.

I think it's good for football that they let a small club straight into the group stages
