We accept the decision (we have no choice but to now) but again I want to stress we believe it was disproportionate (wah, wah - we wanna be in the Premier League now - wah wah).

I saw some of the bits coming out about the story today and feel very sorry for the intern. Southampton should be thoroughly ashamed and there should be no defending themselves, just a simple promise to ensure full change through the very spine of that club.

I saw messages that the intern messaged others saying he felt he had no choice. Another person was asked to go and said he didn't feel comfortable.
