But that's completely irrelevant. You could say that of the best team in pretty much every country with a population of 5 million.AthleticoSpizz wrote:Big fish, small pond syndrome. From Despair To Where? wrote:Celtic do look a class apart though.
Could barely hold their own in the Championship.
…..and there was me remembering those days when both Celtic and Rangers were being considered to be included in the Premier LeagueFrom Despair To Where? wrote:But that's completely irrelevant. Agreed, really could do with Rangers NOT being a total non event again. Really hoping that Aberdeen might prove to be more than just a bright start though. Trouble is if they do then Celtic (& Rangers) will likely just buy up all their useful players next summer and we'll all return to the usual boredom.AthleticoSpizz wrote:Well yeah, not different at all (except double the population), but in my time, Celtic have only had to share the title (and not recently) with one other team.
Last night will hurt, they’ll bounce back…..Champions elect.

Draw at Celtic and a win over Rangers, you have to say Aberdeen are title contenders up there now.Winston Biscuit wrote:Another win for Aberdeen, this time over Rangers, sees them stay level with Celtic at the top.
9 wins and a draw in their first 10 games
