And he's got 7 goals in 12 Champions League games, with 8 starts. So he's favourite after starting just 19 games this season, and scoring 19 goals total. Kane has 58 goals in 50 games for Bayern, including 14 in 13 in the Champions League. What on earth?

Le Championnat National becomes Ligue 3 from next season. An 18 club competition, governed by the same authority as Ligue 1 & Ligue 2, will have promotion play offs, a 3rd team promoted up to Ligue 2, and a TV deal in place so revenues go up.

Due to a shortfall in their budget for 2026/27 of €2.7m, they have been relegated from the 3rd Divsion into the Bavarian Regional League (4th tier). However, they have to find €1m to gain their licence for that division, else they may be relegated again or even enter insolvency.

1860 finished 8th in the 3rd Division this last season. TV Havelse will be reprieved from relegation as a result of 1860's forced relegation.
