FANS' POST MATCH OPINION

Enough is enough! When is Mr.Coppell going to wake up and grow up to the fact that we will not obtain promotion on signing "has beens" who have lost their ability to perform on the field and desperately try and convince the rest of us including Mr.Coppell that they are still worth employing. You cannot blame them as football income at their time of life is useful. Les Ferdinand has already cost us two games with missed sitters and frankly we are wasting our time with him. He himself has recognised his footballing days are over in annoucing his retirement following a lucritive few months with Reading. Pressure is now on the defence with no goal scorers currently in the team. Nicky Forster has clearly lost his touch and the only young talent with pace and ability namely Dave Kitson is desperately trying to get fit to return. The teams around us are now coming into form and unless we sign a young striker on loan or maybe two soon then the playoffs will disappear. The irony is the teams around us are average but at least have the vision to loan quality players and not sign pensioners!
Terry - Isle of Wight.

Another shoddy result away at Leeds. Has anybody else noticed the recent downturn in Reading's form since Nicky Forster has returned from injury? It's time to think seriously about getting in a quality stiker to partner Dave Kitson and fill in the gaps in the Reading squad. Madejski, get your cheque book out.
